"It's a very disappointing place, now. There used to be a nice selection of coats all year. There weren't any, at all, not even on clearance. It was extremely disappointing!"

"This particular location is one of my favorites due to its cleanliness and organization, as well as the abundance of great deals available. Occasionally, there may be a shortage of cashiers, resulting in longer checkout lines. It is advisable to carefully check your items when the cashier is bagging them, as there have been instances where items were not placed in the bag. Unfortunately, I experienced this myself during a previous shopping trip and realized the error only after arriving home. Additionally, I was charged for the items that were not properly bagged. Given the distance and lateness of the hour, it was not feasible for me to return to the store. Therefore, it is crucial to pay close attention to the cashier when they are handling your items. Despite this issue, I really love this location. It’s way better than the OKC & Norman one."

"I don't really leave reviews for things, but holy crud is this location mismanaged. Busy Sunday, one cashier, a manager and two presumed assistant managers hanging out at the door instead of helping the poor cashier deal with 15 or so groups of customers waiting for well over 30 minutes to check out."

"Buying a new wardrobe for spring, the dressing rooms aren't available. The manager Billie was nasty about it to us. We pushed our carts to the mirror section to try and view what things might look like. BILLIE announces over the loud speaker, "All employees to the mirror isle there's a HUGE MESS THERE!" The huge mess was us making a pile of clothes each in our baskets, and each of us had hung what we were buying on the shelf. We spent over $1000, and she talked about us to the employees the whole time we were there! What we didn't decide to buy, we put in a cart and pushed it to the dressing room area. No different than it would've been if we tried it on. Billie ruined a fun girls' shopping spree, was disrespectful to 2 customers, and needs to be fired and never work in retail!! The check out girls were great, and the next manager (that she sent over to check us out) was super nice. I wanted to leave and not buy a thing, and if this was her store i would have. Billie is a ZERO STAR EMPLOYEE!!! Below is a photo of the non-mess we left her"

"Was super excited to go to this newer Burlington. It is a nice sized store. Super clean and organized. I shopped all the departments. I took a few goodies home. The home department was stocked up really good. The baby department had some great items. You could fill a nursery in on place. The cashier Saylor was super sweet. Glad we made the trip to Moore."
