"The manager at Ross in moore was so unprofessional today and did not stand behind her employees. Needed a price Che k and asked asst manager for one then after shopping for two hours got to check out cashier called asst Manager to verify he agreed with us and she started to ring it up and then decided to ask the manager and she did not stand by her employees decision and she doubled the price to 50.00 for a pair of shoes . The asst manager was so embarrassed and Zoey the manager was so out of line and un professional. We spend over 400 in there today and I nor my sisters will never again shop at this location. Stand behind your employees decisions or don’t authorize them to do your job !!!"

"If an employee state a price it should be honored! Zoe rudely dismissed her employee that gave us a price on a pair of shoes and said it was wrong and would not honor the price on an unmarked pair of shoes. Rude and shouldn't be working in customer service."

"I love looking through the racks at Ross but I do have friends that don’t like that kind of shopping. You never know what you might find. I have found nice dresses that were worn to school dances and cruises. I have bought maternity and baby clothing here. There are some house ware items here too."

"Customer service is going downhill lately. The cashier did not say hello, goodbye, or even thank you to me, she just told me when I could remove the printout of my receipt and then turned her back on me. They treat customers like cattle - it is ridiculous. Management needs to give their workers a Come to Jesus meeting."
