"In May, I flew home to Okla from DC for some last minute wedding stuff (wedding was in July). I found out upon landing that we had a suit crisis and the suit we had selected did not fit one of our groomsmen. I immediately went to Jos A Bank in Edmond on Bryant and talked to Mason about the issue. Mind you we had picked out the suit in Arlington, VA and our groomsman with the issue was in Oregon and our wedding in Delaware. Mason helped us find a suit jacket that visually matched as close as humanly possible and would fit but there were no matching pants despite him spending hours on the phone with corporate. My now husband and his groomsman stalked the website for weeks and the pants finally showed up and he was able to order the full suit and get it fitted in time for the wedding. And no one except the 3 of us plus Mason knew he was in a slightly different suit. Seriously cannot thank Mason enough for his help in problem solving a perfect fix in crunch time!!!!!!!! And mad kudos to Jos A Bank for switching out the one suit at the discount we received for the others!"

"Drove an hour to get here, picked 3 suits out. Knew exactly what I was wanting. I have been buying 1905 suits for 8 years. I spend about 70-80 percent of my day in them. Sales rep was awesome! Very professional. I got through 2 suits with all my measurements and then the tailor decided he didn’t want to taper them the way I liked. Keep in mind I’m paying for these and they have done these for me several times. Told them I didn’t mind if he tied since I was pressed for time, however he didn’t want to mess with it. I’ve been a loyal customer with at least 10k invested in Jos a bank suits/pants. If you are reading this and you prefer a modern suit stay away from here. Sales rep knew exactly what I was wanting and we talked through it. The tailor could’ve tried his best and I could have altered them if it weren’t what I had in mind."

"We ordered 11 tuxes for my wedding. 2 of the 11 fit. There were several misunderstandings at best for sizing, cost, and timeliness. The wedding was in Denver, and their local store did their best to get replacements quickly. A vest and a shirt had missing buttons and replacement pants had to be hemmed literally two hours before the ceremony. This was a very stressful and discouraging process. The reason I give two stars is for the one helpful older gentleman in the Denver location. Most of the employees were also grumpy on multiple occasions. I have been in over a dozen weddings and Jos a Bank was my worst tuxedo and customer service experience."

"By far the most pleasant, friendly, and professional retail experience I've ever had. I had an opportunity come up suddenly; it is something I believe in very strongly and is very important to me. To accomplish it and make the perfect first impression, I needed a good suit. I walked in on a busy Monday at 5:00 knowing absolutely NOTHING about suits, shirts, collars, ties and pants. Dan and Dave were phenomenal, gave me good tips and instruction on how to properly wear it. I wish there was a better way than words to convey how appreciative I am for their service. Whether your brand new to suits or you've been needing them for a long time and want to make sure you're in good hands, I strongly recommend this location. You cannot find any better."
