This lack of clarity and refusal to honor the discount exemplifies poor customer service."

"Good place to get bird food. Paws n Claws cat food is a huge flop. Feral cats won't eat it. Pedigree dog food with meat and cheese and bacon also a complete flop. Pet food these days...one must be extremely careful."
