Instead of just saying “thank you for the heads up”, I am being told I have to reschedule. If I HAD to be there 15 minutes early, make my appointment time 15 minutes early. I am not late, I was simply on time. I have been waiting for a new patient appointment for forever. This is absolutely ridiculous."
