Roopali Gupta, M.D.

"I have no clue how the heck Dr. Roopali Gupta has a "4.5" for a rating. In fact, I don't know how she still has her medical practicing license! She has zero interest in actually taking care of her patients. I was literally told to live with the pain that I've been dealing with for years instead of actually finding the problem. It takes a LOT to make me mad, but she managed to do it. Update: 7/7/23: I finally have a different primary care doctor that is ordering a CT scan. I either have a hernia or a mass. I will know in a couple of weeks. I truly hope someone does something about Dr. Gupta."

"Dr. Gupta and her staff are completely reliable. They read and/or listen to your current ailment and take extra caution to treat it. The Integris portal is a valuable tool to communicate with Dr. Gupta and her staff. They times I have communicated through the portal, my messages have been responded to in a timely manner. I feel blessed to have Dr. Gupta and her staff as my primary doctor. I feel that they really care about me as a patient and older female."

"We just moved to the area and needed to establish care. I found Dr. Gupta on my insurance provider locator and I’m so glad that I did! She is a phenomenal doctor who takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything to you. I also appreciate that she gives you options when it comes to your care. She is very knowledgeable and respectful of your time. For each appointment, I value my time because I am a very busy mom; my children and I did not have to wait long from check-in to being seen."

"My daughter who is on the autism spectrum has been Dr. Gupta’s patient for 6 or 7 years. We visit only once or twice per year because it is very unusual that my daughter is ever sick. Yesterday’s visit was to request additional services related to her diagnosis. Over the years most visits are about a rare illness or her diagnosis. Every time we go in in regards to her diagnosis Dr. Gupta tells me she doesn’t know or is not familiar with what it needs to happen. It just clicked yesterday that we need a doctor who is clear on our needs. After our appointment yesterday I searched for a different primary care physician for my daughter. My only wish is that I would have listened to Dr. Gupta each time she attempted to tell me she didn’t know along time ago."

"I get the impression that Dr. Gupta is "selective" in how she treats her patients. Perhaps if I was of another race, with an endless finances my experience would be different. I requested a refill for a prescription. After 3 days of waiting for a response, I finally phoned her office and was told that the request was denied unless I scheduled a visit with her. The visit would probably cost close to $100.00 or more. I am fully aware of my condition and etc., and I see no reason to see her again. The bottom line in this situation is money over the health and well-being of an individual. Perhaps it's also about power. In closing, I would not recommend this individual to anyone! She's not personal, and evidently only communicates through her staff. I would also like to note that her staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. Gupta should take notes from them. Once again, I would not recommend this physician."
