"Medical fraud experts. They run this place like an urgent care. This business will be shut down really soon! They will make you come back in before they will write a script for Albuterol. They are committing insurance fraud. Between this place and Walgreens on 12th and eastern they are going to end up killing people. I will do everything in my power to get this place shutdown."
"They prescribed medication on February 6, 2024 it is February 29th and they still have not gotten it filed. Pure medical neglect. And the little girl that answers the phone seems to think it's funny. Pure filth.."
"Been coming here since 2017-2023 and I have had enough. Jessica and Corey are wonderful doctors however the people that run the show are just mindless and will be gone before you know it to be replaced with something equal or worse. Ask and ask and ask for a Doctor that knows me to give me call I waited for over a month until I had finally had it. no one ever knows where things are at you get a blood test done and the receptionist (NOT MEDICAL STAFF read you your results.) to be told that a primary care doctor is no longer the same as it use to be or even as this relationship started is a joke. Jessica and Corey not being there but once a month is an insult and I Can't understand that they continue to do what they're doing to people that actually have been coming to them for the longest time. your med spa is not important. your covid clinic is not important your patients should be. BE BETTER. you've lost someone that cared about both of you as more than a patient."
"This use to be an efficient establishment before becoming Greystone. Now wait times are ridiculous to be seen for even the simplest of things like our sports physical today. Showed up 15 minutes early to our appointment, arrived and there was only 2 cars in the parking lot. Checked in, there was only 1 couple in the waiting room. We get called back 10 minutes after our appointment time, that's pretty standard. The nurse checks us into our room and informs us she is not prepared with the blood pressure cuff nor the pulse oximeter, as her last patient had her flustered about not having any oxygen. She leaves twice to get the things needed, asks the routine pre-doc questions, and then says she is going to let the doctor know we are ready. We wait, and wait, and wait. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting, I open our examine room door to flag anyone down that works there and let some warm air in the room because they have it like the artic in there. I stand out in the hallway. About 10 minutes goes by and another doctor (not ours) walks by and says "oops they must've left your door open" I said no, I opened it because we have been waiting for almost an hour now for a duck walk and a simple signature on a paper. She then took not even 5 minutes to examine my daughter and sign the paper. My question is, why does it got to be like this when clearly there was very minimal patients there? I could totally understand if the place was slammed but literally you could hear a pin drop in that place it was so quiet. And I totally understand about some patients making the doctor run behind, but this was clearly different. We felt forgotten. It's unfortunate because this location is great for us, and we've been going to them for a while even after one of the doctors there tried to prescribe my daughter with a medicine that was under a class action lawsuit, but that is a story for another time!"
"Every single visit requires that I sit in a room for 45 minutes or more. This was all just so I could have a 10 minute conversation and get my prescription refilled. I put up with the poor service for WAY too long, genuinely hoping it would be better next time. It never was, and I highly doubt it ever will. When I find a new doctor I will edit this review with their information so you can save yourself some time and just go there."
