"Absolutely the most caring staff I have ever encountered in an E.R. setting. Then after being discharged I realized I had left my phone on the bed. I called back up to there and Tiffany went above and beyond to help find my phone. Tiffany is the kind of people that we need to help people who are already sick and needs that one person who makes you feel like someone cares. Thank you Tiffany"
"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We have used this hospital twice and had the same ER doctor for both occasions. He is HORRIBLE!! We are in the process of filing a complaint and getting the ethnics board involved. Do not go here. Integris needs to look into the staff at this location ASAP! Edit: A response to the below response from Integris: I called Patient Relations before even leaving this review and haven’t received a call back!!"
"Do not go here. Charged $1100 for Dr Bearden to spend 2 mins in my room and offer no help or solution to peeing blood and excruciating pain. Barely looked at me and had no bedside manner. DO NOT GO HERE unless you are on the verge of death and your will to live is that strong."
"I would avoid this Emergency Room. I visited this ER for a large amount of blood in my urine. I checked in, paid my co-pay, and was in the back in 15-20 minutes. The nurse gave me a cup for a urine sample, which was red and had blood clots in it, and I was taken to the room. The Dr came in and was short and seemed inconvienced. He said that “blood is scary” and that blood in the urine is not an emergency, and if it didn’t improve in a couple of days to follow up with my Primary Care Physician. When we asked about any kind of imaging, he said that “this ER did not have any equipment for imaging”. I then left and called my Primary Care Physician, who instructed me to go to Integris Southwest, where I was admitted, spent 4 days in the hospital, and had 2 surgeries. After paying my $150 co-pay at the time of the visit, and my insurance paying their part, I still have a balance of $995, for a urine test, being degraded, and them completely missing the issue."
