"The sign out front says ER, but the receptionist will tell you they're basically a 24 hour Urgent Care. I was turned away twice, once because I couldn't explain the situation well enough for them (I had a concussion), and the second they just straight up told me "we have no specialists here, and I cannot tell you where a good place to go would be" when going in about a hernia going sour. Note that they'll respond to me here, because I have perceived power, but they won't bother to have the owner of the facility contact me when I use their official channels. There they can have someone paid to shred the data, to appease the person complaining. Here, they attempt damage control."

"I love the physicians I have seen. Dr. Muckala and Dr. Thomas are awesome. Too bad they don’t stay. I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but not one person is the same from a year ago. High turn over, extremely slow responses to MyChart messages, and no one answers the phone. Place never seems fully staffed. I will be finding somewhere else to go."

"I’ve been a patient for over 15 years at Integris family Moore and usually I absolutely love the doctors at this Medical Center. I was recently lost my primary care Dr Muckala Who was the absolute best doctor I’ve ever had, I was pushed onto Dr. Thomas. I have seen her handful times and each time she does not connect and listen to me as the patient , she's pushy and doesn’t take the time to listen or communicate to get to the root of what an issue is. she’s told me that I just need to see other doctors for each of my issues, instead of being able to dealing with them herself as my doctor! This Particular visit was the worst! I ended the appointment in the middle and left crying because she was so pushy in the appointment to end and get me in and out. I had a better communication with her nurse before she even came in. She doesn’t communicate with me but talks at me. She made me feel so absolutely unheard and like I was not important and needed to see other doctors about what I was there to see her for. I immediately called and moved to a new location and found a new doctor and when I spoke to the nurse getting my information she told me that they had had several calls for patiences who were prior patients of Dr Muckala and pushed onto Dr Thomas and have also left, having the same issues with dr Thomas. This is completely uncalled for."

"As is my usual experience with my primary care physician, Dr. Ryan Major, the nurses and staff at this location in south Moore, I was made to feel welcomed and treated promptly and professionally. Blood was drawn and a urine sample was ordered. Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I always leave the clinic feeling emotionally and physically better than when I arrived. I have nothing but positive comments to share when it comes to giving my opinion about my visit last week."

"Absolutely deserves 5 stars. Excellent service provided by staff, nurses and doctor. Dr. Foxen is so kind, personal and very knowledgeable. She takes her time and makes you feel great. Office environment is great. I am so blessed to have them care for me and my family."
