"Absolutely appalled by the staff at this doctor’s office. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was very rude. Even after explaining I had a hospital referral and gave my insurance information, she said she couldn’t book me an appointment because of my secondary insurance. When I asked if she could just remove it (my primary insurance was acceptable), thinking it’s just backup anyways, she only said no and would t give an explanation. It would be one thing if the doctor didn’t see patients with the reason for my visit, it’s another to be completely denied simply because the secretary didn’t like my secondary insurance. How does any family doctor refuse to care for people for such a snobby reason?"

She is the most genuine, caring and hilarious doctor I’ve ever met. I am so relieved we found her. Not only is she amazing but so is her nurse and the entire staff! Also, they have gone above and beyond for us. My daughter (who is 3) came in to get labs and they let her into their breakdown and let her pick out a donut. The moment I entered the bright, clean, welcoming office, I felt at ease. First of all, the staff was AMAZING. From the moment I called to make the appointment, to checking in and getting us roomed to when we left, everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr Key was the best. She was thorough, caring, and made my daughter feel comfortable. She spent an hour with us, asking us questions, talking to my children, and checking over everything.
