"I’ve been with them for afew years this place was once a 4/5star with the founding doctors and Mrs petty. Now The doctors here are only interested in easy cases and simply put paychecks. I was going to walk away without this review but I recently spoke to a customer and realized doctor jang is more dangerous to the community then helpful it would seem. Please if you value health seek a clinic that hires people of passion in their fields. Read the other reviews as well. Befor coming all this way. My last appointment with them I walk I. And the staff starts chanting at me Covid Covid Covid really creepy and unprofessional yet I had a Covid test before going and it was negative they demand me to have another theirs is positive and so I stop by and get one more test negative agian. I simply have zero trust for this Facility and my own experience and others seems to come to a very real conclusion they are not responsible enough to take charge of medical care for Edmond and should not be trusted."

"NP was friendly and good. Staff was useless. Mismanaged my prescriptions, sent it to wrong pharmacies, sent the wrong amounts, wrong types, denied refills even with letter from the NP stating I was good to go. By far the biggest issue is the denial of refills. It’s like they power trip on it. It happened every single month. I’d request, they would deny, then I would call and be told that they would ask the doc. Days go by, I’d be out of medication, and I’d call again, finally approved. Once I was out of town while it happened, and was out of medication for 4 days… I had to go into the office and demand my medicine in person. Insane. I switched doctors, but I came real close to calling a lawyer. replace the staff, you have good doctors here. Been taking this medication going on a decade, and never had another office give me any issues. They caused too many problems so i left quickly"

"Came in for the first time today, and it was a great experience! Spoke to a kind guy at the front desk, the lady who took me back was super sweet, and Taylor B. was awesome!! Had everything taken care of so quickly, and with such kindness. Happy to leave a good review!"

"This place is not near as good as it once was. The front desk women are rude and not helpful at all. I need a refill on a medication I’ve been taking for years. I’m completely out, and Taylor Beaird won’t even spot me a few to get by until I can come in for an appointment which is 2 weeks away. It’s hard for me to take off work at certain times so I will have to wait two weeks to get a prescription."

"This location desperately needs people that know how to answer the phone and call people back. Taylor Baird is great, but the support staff needs to be replaced ASAP. I’ve been calling for a week and no one has returned my calls. I called yesterday and finally spoke with someone that assured me I would get a call back… still waiting. I’ve been calling for 45 minutes and no one is picking up this morning. Time to find a new doctor."
