"My children's dr agreed to see both of my children at 1:15 via the Mercy app messages. I showed the receptionist the messages between Dr. Coleman and myself. Her reply, was after us messaging, she probably didn't change the appt in the app. I do not live in Edmond. I picked my kids up from school at 12:30 in order to be there by 1:15. I am HIGHLY UPSET about what or who is and will also be leaving a Google review. This is school my children missed school, work for me missed, as well as gas wasted. We have been seeing Dr.Coleman for 8 years at 2 different clinics and have never had this issue. The receptionist was rude and also refused to give me a school note for me picking them up at 12:30 from school. I had to get it from the nurse. I asked to speak to Dr. Coleman, being that is who i originally messaged on the My Mercy app to get both girls in to see her today. I was not allowed access to speak to her. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL."
"Dr Coleman is awesome! I have never had an issue here, my son has been going since he was little and my newborn daughter goes here too now. Front desk people are always kind, and the staff in the back has always been wonderful."
"Took my parents there for annual checkups. Their front desk people and several nurses were super rude! Oh my God! They were literally jelling at my face for saying I was here with my parents for their checkups. I do agree with all 1 star reviews here. I wish there was 0 star review to rate this clinic."

"I was under the understanding that Mercy made it their policy to never belittle a patient or turn customers away. My grandson had an appointment today and was treated very unprofessional and rudely.by the front staff. I have been going to this facility for years and have change doctors due to my doctor telling me that my concerns where just my age! So now I no longer go there but either will my grandson."
