"I scheduled my appointment to see Dr.Rose; I was told he sees patients Mondays & Wednesday’s; he performed my cervical surgery in 05/19 and it went so smoothly. I arrived at 235 for my 250 scheduled appointment because I was told I needed to complete paperwork again. I sat in the waiting area until around 310; not awful I thought .. maybe just running a little behind. I was walked into a room and asked a few questions by a pleasant young lady and told Dr Rose will review my MRI disc and be in to see me shortly. At 451 finally a knock at the door. Only to my surprise it wasn’t Dr.Rose. It was his Assistant. But, I didn’t bring my MRI disc to be reviewed by the assistant? Why was I left in a room this long? Why didn’t someone have the common courtesy to at least say; “ Sorry, Dr.Rose won’t be able to meet with you today after all but, we would be happy to reschedule. But, to have someone arrive 20 minutes before their appointment to do paperwork since it’s been almost 2 years and not be seen or even checked on until almost 5? Unacceptable. I’m saddened that I had an office is ran so poorly or possibly far overbooked that a patient is left to just sit? Then the assistant reviewed a few questions; and suggested chiropractic adjustment and possibly a nerve study. When I clearly said my neuropathic firings are excruciating pain. Not even a follow up visit set up? Then as I’m leaving I said that I had expected to see Dr.Rose he said “ you can leave the disc and, I can have him look at it “ … seriously suggested chiropractic adjustment. I’m stunned. Saddened. But, mainly just thought maybe Dr.Rose or Office Management would like to be made aware that patients definitely do not want to be treated this way. I was so hopeful; I sit in pain day & night. If a patient will be seen by an Assistant they should be made aware. Honestly, if I was guessing. I was forgotten in that room while everyone was getting ready to leave for the day."

"I love this place! I understand individual's medical experiences will vary, here is my story. I have had back issues since 2006. I have had surgery before(with a different Doctor/location), have had numerous steroid shots, hours and hours at physical therapy, and tried different therapies(decompression, chiropractor) but NOTHING seemed to take the pain away. Dr. Rose was the fourth surgeon I have talked to and he was AMAZING! He took the time to explain things about my back that had never been explained or shown to me before on my MRI. He was clear with setting realistic expectations for after surgery(best case and worse case scenarios). I had the surgery and after one week I was off the pain medication and feeling great! I didn't realize how much pain I was in until after it was gone. I have followed his instructions about walking, stretching, etc. He did a great job and at my two week follow up still showed the same amount of care and continued to explain what to expect and what I can do in the next few weeks. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Rose and his office. They all were very nice and supportive. If you are in pain and considering your options you should see them."

"I went in after being referred from a local ER with severe pain and being unable to walk in one leg. The doctor said it was most likely a torn meniscus and would need surgery and just needed an MRI to confirm. They said my insurance required a pre-authorization so I was left unable to walk for weeks waiting for this. I got it done and this office scheduled me to to go over the results and do the paperwork for surgery. The front office told me I owed another specialist copay. I tried to get them to explain why I was being charged just to go over the MRI results which had confirmed the initial diagnosis and to sign paperwork for surgery. All I got was a bunch of mumbo jumbo excuses. I've never in my life seen a doctor charge an additional fee for simply giving a patient test results or signing paperwork for surgery. That is what made me decide to never use them again. Greedy people."

"Love this place for pilates. Signed up online through the Mind & Body app and it was super easy. I've taken pilates classes before and I love this one because its a small and intimate class so the instructor can spend more individual time making sure you are doing every move correctly. It's not as fast paced as the other places where I felt intimidated and left behind. The instructors have a lot of knowledge about what they're doing and you really feel like your effectively getting better and stronger. Felt awesome after my session"

"Came in 1/2 an HR early to fill out paperwork for 10 O' clock appt. and was bumped out til almost 12 noon. Not cool don't recommend this place."
