"Haven’t had services here due to original call to start going here. Lady was rude and didn’t seem to want our business at all. I am not very knowledgeable on this stuff while trying to schedule some shots for our dogs. I would have done what they needed, but they seemed like they have no desires or patients for new business. This was saddening as someone referred me to them because of “how well they take care of people (and pets)”. I wish I received that kind of treatment."

I also got in for an appointment within two days of that. A fast process altogether. Everyone in the office was super friendly, very communicative during the checkup, and treated my cat super well!
