"It was my first time ordering online and using club pickup the process was easy, convenient and highly recommended. The associate Emma, that loaded my vehicles since I had two was very accommodating, pleasant and professional. I wish I was always able to request Emma whenever I had online and pickup in the near future. I'll recommend Sam's Club to my Family and Friends. There was only a 5 star maximum rating but Sam's Club exceeded that. I'll definitely continue to use this service based on my first time experience. Karen"

"This is not for the entire store, just the food court area. They have been telling people they can only order 1 pizza per membership a day and they are no longer doing big pick-up orders or big order at the counter. The app wasn't allowing ordering either. Told this on the phone and in person. Today, someone (who doesn't have 8 memberships) walked out with 8 pizzas."

"Very nice and very clean store. They have a lot of great stuff and very fairly priced on a lot of their items. Friendly employees. Definitely need to go to Sam's more often than I do."

"Nice store. We normally find everything we need. Employees are outstanding. Store is very clean. But, there is one major problem. Synchrony Bank. We have a Sam’s credit card there has been a few times that we paid the card off. Here recently I applied to increase the credit limit. Which they did, a few months after that they reduced it back down. Like I said, we paid it off a bunch of times, and we always paid more than the minimum amount due every month. When we called and questioned them about it, they got real rude and belligerent with us. My wife and I have both excellent credit scores. As far as I’m concerned, Synchrony Back can take their Sam’s Credit Card and stick it where the sun don’t shine."
