"I just left the New Moore Starbucks and my coffee was room temperature! Those girls don't know what "Hot Coffee" means. Not very senior friendly...The old man and old woman in Blue GMC pickup at about 3:10pm Friday afternoon. Not another car in sight."

"Very disappointed in this location’s lack of a public restroom. Why spend $10 on two (basic) coffees at a facility which lacks any amenities. We had to make an additional stop at another business. This is really a poor business decision and bad customer service. Will not be back."
"I live in the neighborhood, and whenever we would pass this place to go to DZ Comics, we'd always discuss the construction and wonder what it was. Saw this place was now a Starbucks, and the wife is overjoyed. Came and got her usual, a simple order, didn't wait long at all and it was perfectly made. Drive Through only makes it faster. It seems to not have a dining room, or if it does, it's not finished, as they had banners stating Drive Through Only, which is fine for me anyway."
