"We had zero complaints this trip. Food was good. We went through the drive through and it was not a long wait."

"Our breakfast was great this morning, served fast and accurate, hash brown was crispy, my son said his hot cakes were light & fluffy, my burritos were rolled correctly so they didn't leak and my wife said her McGriddle was good too. It's still too expensive for the quality of food you are buying of course but compared to other McDonald's this was a very good experience. So if you are in a time pinch and don't have time for an actual breakfast like we were this morning, this place does the job."

"DANIELLA was extremely unprofessional and rude in the drive-thru line. After redeeming my free hash brown at McDonald’s with minimum purchase of $1, I was asked what my code was for. When I told them, they said okay go on. Well, I finished ordering, pulled up to the window and DANIELLA (she also happened to be training another girl) had still charged me for the hash brown. When I re-showed my code, that now said it had been redeemed on my phone, she just shrugged and was like “no that was just for your account.” I asked for a manager so she could get the code to work, being that hash browns are now over $2. The manager was warm and handled the situation and smiled at me before walking away. Then DANIELLA had the audacity to tell me that her manager just gave me a free hash brown so “you’re welcome.” I corrected her and said that she had actually got my free hash brown code to work. What happened next shocked me—she turned to her trainee and started bad mouthing me in Spanish right in front of me. I asked for her name after this and she literally hid her name tag. DANIELLA, don’t be so obvious that you are in the wrong. I then asked her trainee if she would give me Daniella’s name and then Daniella then caved and gave her name to me herself. There is no point complaining to management, because people who are bilingual like DANIELLA have figured out that they can just walk over their managers here. Hence, that’s why nothing ever gets better with certain rude employees such as DANIELLA. English is Daniella’s first language. It is completely out of line to turn away to a trainee during an altercation and begin speaking another language (to bad mouth me of course)."

"Past two times we went to McD's for breakfast around 6AM. There e manager/supervisor that very obviously has a problem with me/us. I'd think it difficult to find that we are the only customers getting that rude front from her. Maybe she feels that since there are no other customers in the building that she may treat us that way. Of course, she all of a sudden acts correctly as soon as someone brings out a phone to video her. I think she may be having some very tough times, personally. I feel sad for her having to act out in this way. Seems like she hates working there, and possibly life in general. However, that is no excuse. Ronald McDonald made sure that every person felt appreciated that came to McDonald's. And he even barely worked there. He was a professional clown by trade. Imagine being in his shoes, with a wild clown mask, huge too-big shoes, colored-for-children clothing. He would never dream to treat anyone the way she did to us. And Ronald had so much difficulty in life. She could learn a lot if she would study the Way of the Ronald"
