"12th street location in Moore, OK is not the establishment to go to. If I could give this establishment a 0, I would. I have gone to this place several times after my night at work these last few weeks, more than an hour before this place closes, & have sat 10-15 minutes before my order was taken. Then waited another 10-15 minutes for 2 drinks. Tonight I went & waited again. This time after someone finally answered I was told it would be an additional 15-20 minutes. This establishment has not busy on any of those nights nor tonight. There’s no reason I should be waiting this long. If it’s lack of employees it needs to be closed down. If it’s just laziness it needs to be fixed. I will not be going back again."

"Daughter found a hair on her mozzarella stick. I found TWO hairs in my breakfast burrito. I threw away the rest of the food. Nasty. Nasty. Nasty. I called the manager to tell him to take pride in his store. He was kind but said he thinks he knows who it is and has had problems with this employee before. Really? Ugh!"

"While my visit to this Sonic Drive-In location was brief, it left a positive impression. I opted for some quick snacks and refreshing Route 44 waters, so I can't provide an in-depth review of their full menu. However, based on the limited experience I had, I am awarding this location a well-deserved five stars. The service was prompt and the snacks were just what I needed. It's evident that the staff here values efficiency and customer satisfaction. I appreciate that even for a quick snack run, they deliver with precision. I look forward to returning to this Sonic location in the future and trying more of their offerings. For now, based on the excellent service and quality of the snacks, I have no reservations in giving it a perfect score."

"I ordered the chicken slinger combo. I got a junior chicken sandwich. Looks absolutely nothing like the one on the menu board..I've ate a slinger at this Sonic previously. I called and the manager literally tried to argue with me about what he sent out. At first he hadn't sent out a chicken sandwich. This establishment might need new management."
