"Stopped here while traveling. The drive thru line was super slow. The people taking orders just seemed a bit lost. I ordered a salad along with a few other items. I was attending a musical and ate in my car while waiting for the musical. I had to eat with my hands because they didn’t give me any plastic ware. How y’all forget the plastic ware with a salad."

"I do not recommend this restaurant. If this was the first Chick-fil-a I had ever eaten at, it would have also been my last. This is by far the worst one I have ever visited. I walked up to the register, and 3 employees were standing around talking. After about 4 min, someone from the drive-thru to take my order. It took about 10 min to get my food, and the fries were soggy and not salted. The chicken, sandwiches, and nuggets were also a bit soggy and just didn't taste like the "normal" chick-fil-a."

"Ordered at 10:17. Order recieved at 10:45. In line for 30 minutes. I would be embarrased to be associated with this location. I ordered a coffee and breakfast bowl. I have a short list of restaraunts I would wait 30 minutes for a meal let alone 30 minutes for fast food. Food was alighltly warm and coffee was half water by the time I recieved it. I've been a customer service manager and I would be embarrased by this time I/O and performance base. Will not be returning."

"This used to be the best CFA in OKC but has dropped to the bottom. The food is never fresh or hot anymore. The staff have gone from great to barely better than McDonald's. The service is slooooow and way worse in the drive thru, 30 plus minutes. The new renovations have made the inside unwelcoming and less seats. Took out the playground instead of adding to the building. It's been super dirty every time I have gone in since it reopened."
