"Pizza is usually cooked well. Fast delivery and pickup. We haven’t had any major issues with this location. Tried the cinnamon dessert and paid for icing on the side. The cup was basically empty. For $0.79 at least fill the cup up! The cinnamon pull apart wasn’t edible because it was so dry and needed lots of icing."

"If I could give negative stars I would. I was called by the store, after an hour, asking me if my pizza was delivered and seconds later they told my pizza was in the oven. I was then called by the driver an older gentleman who was lost. I called the manager and hung up when I saw I car drive by my house. I then called the manger back and was treated very rudely. I then called corporate to complain and I will not get my money back for another 5 days. I have ordered from this location numerous times and this was the worst experience with papa Johns I have ever had."

"When you call the store (select option 5 in the automated system to be sent directly to the location and not the call center) they are always helpful and attentive to your order. They’ve never gotten an order wrong and my items have always been ready in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend this Newcastle location."

"Very dissapointed by the product. I ordered a pizza with original crust but instead I got thin. Although that doesn't seem important, the result was a hard, dry crust with minimal fluff. For this price I expect better. The employees were very nice though. Honestly the main reason I didnt call and complain was because I didnt want to bother them while they were likely busy with other orders"
