"EVERY SINGLE TIME you go they NEVER have chicken ready it's always a 15 20 minute wait. Yes it's fresh and that's great but really every single time you never have any ready."
"I will start by saying the two men working the counter were doing a great job... The problem was the chicken... The fried chicken was absolutely horrible... instead of golden brown chicken it was dark brown and you could tell they grease has not been changed in long awhile... How are you so bad at chicken as that is what you are known for... The real problem here has to be management not caring enough to make sure things are taken care of... Would not waste my money here...."
"After waiting in line watching a short and dysfunctional crew the customer in front of me ordered coleslaw, she was told they were out. We stood there another at least 5 minutes waiting for them to take our order at which time we were told they were out of what we were ordering. I was hoping to know what the food tastes like but we never received any. Arby's next door received our business tonight. If this was the first time I might be a little more understanding but it's not."
