"Ordered the pepperoni and stuffed crust pulled pork pizzas. They came out hot and fresh and the crust wasn’t too thick on the stuffed crust. Taste was phenomenal. Service was great."

"We love the pizza shop when we can afford it. Best pizza in the area hands down. My only complaints are the long lines since the inside was never reopened and the lack of any deals. 2 pizzas and a cheese stick for $39 is pricey! They used to have a family meal deal that made it affordable to eat here. Now we only come once every few months, especially with the economy the way it is, it's just not affordable for a family of 4."

"I love this pizza! This is the best pizza in the metro. However... I purchased 4 pizzas on March 1st,2023, and there was a hair baked into the cheese of the calzone. They were really apologetic about this, made a fresh pizza, and gave me $7 of my next order. Today, March 20th, 2023, there was another hair baked into the pizza! This time, I called and talked to the "night manager, Sadie" who pretty much told me that it wasn't their fault and that they all wear hats or hair nets. It was the fault of the day crew who made the dough. This is disgusting. We will never purchase pizza here again! The calzone cheese can be seen dangling from the hair. The pizza slice hair can be seen on the corner."

Everyone that online orders from this place knows it goes through Slice which I don't have any problem with, they can only deliver (if used) when the order is ready. Usually if I get fast food or even to go meals from our local immediate area of Newcastle (Main St./32nd St.) I will contact the restaurant and speak with a manager and personally talk about the issue I have with my order usually (missing items, wrongly cooked) and they are very apologetic and offer to replace or refund which is only right some will offer to do that and as encouragement to come back will offer me some other compensation, which I admire in a company that stand behind and in front of their business. I have to go to Moore, Norman, Blanchard areas for fast food because these (most I have been to) in Newcastle don't care about what they serve. Forgive me for ranting but when I go out to eat I expect to be able to eat it!! My x-large stuffed crust pizza was raw dough in the crust as as thin as it was, it was raw as well. My garlic cheese bread was almost raw the bottom wasn't even browned. Yesterday I reheated the pizza and garlic cheese bread at 350 degrees for 10 minutes still raw. This was 2 days ago Monday, Oct. 17, 2022. Yesterday I called asked for the manager spoke to Shawn told him about my pizza he put me on hold because he wasn't on last night (Mon) and needed to talk to his boss and would call me back and see about a refund or whatever. It has been over 24 hrs. and I haven't gotten a call back. So I know how they really feel about a customer that spends over $99. Haven't mentioned it was late as well. They don't! I won't go back there they are now added to my list."
