"This morning all four kiosks were out of service, so I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order, and after a few minutes of that I left. Rule one, if someone is standing there waiting to give you money responds ASAP. Management here needs a wakeup call."
"Will not go back. Drive thru. Asked to pull to door. People honking behind me. Waited 7 minutes. Finally had to go inside. Workers standing around. Had to ask for help. Finally got help. Wrong size drink and was a Coke, not Dr Pepper. Not a customer based atmosphere. Food was okay"
"They have become completely a no interaction brand. Weird still for me. I order at a sign pay at a sign pick up my food and for all my work I now have to do for myself at this chain my reward is they now charge me more for my food."
