"The staff was very friendly and helpful, I Was called in within a reasonable time and taken care of in a reasonable time. The only reason I don’t give five stars is because they put a bunch of people in a room way down the hall in one area where only curtains separated each patient.. I know they were very very busy but they should never put sick people who are throwing up. And violently ill in with patients, who are therefore other reasons not so threatening. I want to say There were five curtained areas, there were a couple people in there that were throwing up And should’ve never been mixed with people who are not Sick and there for other reasons. They should’ve been put in a room immediately by themselves. Especially with Covid and flu running around actively"

"The labor and deliver team here was awesome and very supportive. They where very helpful and understanding of my plans and how I wanted to carry out my delivery. The postpartum team was also very amazing helping with everything I needed and then some."

"Day surgery staff was fantastic Dr was fantastic! New day surgery facility is very nice. But communication could be greatly improved. No signage indicating where to find the new day surgery center and poor communication and reminders of procedure location, and time. I spoke with an intake nurse the week of my procedure and was not given directions to location or procedure time. I was told they did not know a time, but to be there about 6am. An email reminder with instructions for finding facilities would have been very helpful."

"From the time I walked in, and they greeted greeted me, and they were very very nice next going to the back that area. Those doctors were just amazing away from the nursing staff to the anesthesiologist. All of them the surgeon there wasn’t anybody that I encountered that wasn’t top-notch knew their business and made you feel calm and relaxed. It was a very good experience, then after the surgery, the staff that I had for my entire time at the hospital and I was there five days I could not say enough about the staff. They were so caring and so warm. It was just it was an amazing experience I couldn’t want anything any better than what I had now the food at the hospital is beyond dreadful, but the care at the hospital is awesome"

"My experience with the front desk personnel who goes by the name Tyler,short, skinny red head wanna be mustache kid was very unprofessional, I had cut my pointer finger very badly and he treated me like he didn't care and then when asked for my name I ended up having to give him my ID because he refused to understand my name is BRAD not Brian, I sat in the ER for 1.5 hours and watched 3 people that came in behind me go before me. Now my 2nd concern is the room I was put in with about 10 other patients hearing my address,phone number,cause of me being there and me hearing theirs and then the attending physician would come in and give them their results with everyone listening. Now my NP Jorge Aparcio was awesome,kind,Caring and got me sewed up and out in 45 mins and whispered my info so others couldn't hear"
