"Not 24 hours. After 11PM, don’t bother. The lights will be on and someone will be there but 80% of the time, the door will be locked."
"The ladies there are the sweetest "
"When you're shopping at a gas station they are basically all the same. What makes the difference is the customer service. This past year they have re-staffed . The new staff with the exception of Mallory(Should be the manager) Are very rude. Everytime I go in now I expect it. What gets me is that I've seen them be courteous to certain people so I know they have it in them.. One of the new ladies actually rolled her eyes when I couldn't remember what cigarettes my aunt asked me to pick up for her. SHE'S THE MANAGER!!! The last time i went in it was a new lady (vaneeta) and the "Eye roller" that were there. I sat at the counter for a couple of minutes( I'm not exaggerating)before letting them know I was there. I know two minutes doesn't seem like a long time. But it was the attitude I was met with that got me. I guess I should have kept my mouth shut because they seemed annoyed that I bothered them . They acted as if I was being an inconvenience AT A CONVENIENT STORE. The only reason I got their attention is because i didn't know if they heard me come in.I really hope they "re-staff again. Because the new staff are predominantly RUDE! It makes you second guess stopping for lower fuel prices. Go to another gas station. Gainesville is full of them. Try one of the Lonestars. The employees are much more respectful and courteous. And they don't mind doing what they get paid to do. Be friendly to customers."
"I would give zero if i could. Walked up there with my kids a little ago. Only to find a bathroom break sign hanging on the door. Several people waiting. They already had been waiting so they started to leave. I WAITED another 20 minutes still nothing.. horrible business. Called another store close. The lady took my name and said hang tight the store manager would be calling. Another 10 minutes no call or unlocked door i finally walked away."
"Called to see if they were open said yes, went up there doors were locked and was told I had to wait, no problem, waited for 5 mins for the night manager I guess to come out of the restroom just for her to storm up to the door and bang on the closed sign being rude af about it, told her we called ahead so she let us in, then couldn’t load my card and tried making up an excuse when I asked why she blamed the store manger and said she said to not do it , When I asked if -insert name- was the store manager she back tracked and said she just didn’t know how and became a lot nicer. I love the store manager, worked with her before and she’s an amazing woman, but the night manger or whoever the dark haired lady was tonight was viciously rude the second she laid eyes on me waiting at the door."
