"Went by this morning. Ordered food. Sat in line for 20 minutes. Decided to call in store and see where order was. I called store just to hear. Outside lane not open. Now I think I would have enough since to block it or order taker should have said something about pulling to inside lane for order. Last time for whataburger. Didn't even offer to bring it out. There suggestion was pull around and get behind the 5 cars in the inside lane for pick up."

"Wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering from here. We got delivery at our hotel through Uber Eats. We’re visiting from Dallas. This is the sorriest Patty Melt I ever had from Whataburger. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the food from any Whataburger. This looks like the bread was put in the toaster on light setting and they threw the patty and cheese on top because the cheese was nowhere near melted. The only reason I ate it is because I was starving hadn’t ate since morning. Whoever is the management needs to talk to their people. I used to be a manager in food service and one thing you don’t do is give someone something you wouldn’t eat. Start taking pride in your work. I don’t care if you are flipping burgers be the best burger flipper out there. Even if you don’t plan on doing it the rest of your life the mindset can transfer with you into future careers."
