"Ordered inside. Told employee wanted 6 piece nuggets combo with DP and then ordered seperate burger fries and lg tea. When employee brought out food. There was only 1 drink, the lg tea.I said oh we're missing a drink. Employee interrupted me and said if I would pay attention I would see that there was only one drink ordered on my ticket. I started to tell her that I told the cashier that I wanted a combo which comes with a drink but she didn't put my order in correctly. Again the employee interrupted me before I could finish. She then told me I needed to be more careful when ordering. She told me she would bring me a drink this time. Me not wanting to argue or get something I didn't pay for said I would just take a water; which she never brought!"
"I guess the breakfast meals no longer include a hash brown & the sandwich was cold. Wasted $7 but the coffee was good, always hot. Young man in the drive thru was really nice."
"The people working tonight were awesome. Christmas Eve only place open in town. They were jumping from place to place, making sure everyone was taking care of. an awesome job."
"they literally forgot all my drinks and sauces. one of the employees was on his phone the whole time after saying he’d get our drinks, he never got our drinks and i had to take my receipt to the front just to wait 5 more minutes for someone to come up there. it also took a considerably long time to get my food considering no one else was ordering and the drive thru was empty. to add to this wonderful service, the fries were cold as well."
"Its McDonald's. The staff they had at the beginning of the year were amazing! They had this lady in the drive thru that was so very nice. But now its just your typical YA . Short and miserable. But again, food is the same as its been since I was a kid. My advice. Go in and eat. Unless you just don't care about drive thru customer service ."
