La Petite Academy on S. 140th St

"Went on a tour recently; director was nice, I really loved the scheduling options and the price was perfect for my budget. Unfortunately while we were touring the child area the toddler teacher (who didn't know we were on the other side of the wall) was screaming at a child. When we proceeded into her room she put on a nervous smile and the toddler was sitting next to her with tears in her eyes. The other staff members seemed nice during our visit but I would not leave my child with the toddler teacher."

"I was against my child going to any childcare facility. I wanted to stay at home with my child. I toured this school and Tiffany and Stephanie made me feel safe and comfortable. We enrolled our child. I was pleased with the center and didn’t have any concerns for my child. I am doing this review because I have watched this school turn into the most amazing school I have ever seen. I brag to my friends and family about this school. They have created such an amazing loving and learning environment. We love Jen she’s amazing to us. Donna and Tania have always been amazing with our little one, and now Heidi and Allison are my child’s teachers. I wasn’t wanting my child to leave infants but them two ladies made me feel completely confident that my child was in good hands. Thank you all so much for loving my child and making us feel good about leaving our child. We are leaving LPA and it breaks my heart to think about our last day.. Tiffany, Stephanie, and Jen you have really changed that school. I am so proud of you guys I wish I could be there to hear the official word of you guys getting accredited. We love you"

"Tiffany the director is an amazing person, when ever something would come up or you would be in a bind, she would be very understanding and was as helpful as she could be. Chelsea herself is a very understanding person and is always ready and willing to help. Both Tiffany and Chelsea are amazing people to be around, my son started going to La Petite when he was 6 weeks old and now hes 3, there is honestly no other daycare I would recommend taking him to because they made us both feel at home and reassured me he was in great hands. I love the staff at the daycare I notice that a lot of people have really taken in what has been said to them while some may continue to struggle but I have to say they have came along way over the last few months. Thank you La Petite Staff for making us feel at home and welcoming us with open arms."

"Tiffany, the director was absolutely amazing. my son started at la petite when he was about 15 months old. He is a little advanced for his age and they immediately placed him in the best room that would help him continue to grow and thrive. They were great about assessing his abilities and would move him up or back to his age group as needed. I had another child about 10 months after my son started la petite. Tiffany was great about working with our family and my maternity leave. I started sending my daughter when she was 6 weeks old and I was never worried because I knew Tiffany and her staff would take great care of our children. Sadly, I am a full time nursing student and had to eventually pull them out for financial reasons. Before I took them out though Tiffany was great about working with my family. My son who is now a little over two still ask about all of his teachers and miss Tiffany. I know once I graduate I will for sure be sending both of our children back to this location even though others are closer because the drive is worth having such an amazing group of people looking after our kids."

"My children have gone to la petite for over 2 years and all I can say is that we loved it. We are no longer at la petite but if it were up to me, we would still be there and are hoping to return someday. The teachers genuinely cared about my children and loved them. I never once worried when I dropped them off because I knew they were in good hands. The director, Tiffany, is professional, kind, and genuinely loved my children. I am so grateful for the experience we had and I highly recommend La Petite!"
