"Had a great birthday party here for my 8 year old - the staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. The facility was so clean. The food was great (we had chicken, fries and pizza). Our attendant was top notch. They all had a blast. We will be back! Thanks Bowlero Elkhorn!"
"We were just there to celebrate our twin Grandsons birthday. (Corey). The place was spotless, the food hot and fresh and the staff was absolutely on the ball. Why throw a big kids party in your home when you get value and service like this. Their service was over the top."
"This place double charged me and then when I tried to get a refund, it has been almost a month and I still have not seen it. I have talked to two different managers with zero results. They scammed me on my son’s birthday. I do not recommend anybody given this place money. And Definitely do not recommend using your cards at this Establishment. I have showed them on my bank statements where they have taken the money out and they still won’t even call me back with my refund or even tell me what is going on."
"We must comment on the fantastic service from Bowlero bowling. The cleanliness of the entire establishment is amazing. The managers, front desk and wait staff catered to all of our needs. We are in our 60s and thrive on going places that go above and beyond and they did. The food there is also awsome! Thank you for making our fun time so relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely will go again."
"New Year’s Eve 2023: We were on Lane 1 and early (first people there at our reservation time to be specific), but served absolutely last compared to other lanes who were much later. They claimed to of lost our order. We were also served at least a half dozen dirty dishes to eat off. Our pizza that come was burnt and the broiler under our chicken and fries was never lit to keep food warm. I received a plethora of emails after to come again, leave a review, etc. I finally advised the issue on Jan 5th. They said they would pass it on to management. Never heard another word."
