The office staff has always been amazing to us and any questions or concerns were always taken care of. Maintenance staff was very fast, professional, and friendly anytime we needed anything. Overall it’s a great community!"

"The staff in the leasing office is always genuinely happy to help you with any questions or assistance that you need. They have gone above and beyond for me since the day I moved in. One of the leasing office employees did everything she could to help get me the floor plan I wanted and within my budget! I love the location and the mature trees! I looked at dozens of apartments before choosing Tanglewood. While it could use some small updates, I am happy and very comfortable in my new space! I highly recommend!"

"DEFINITELY DONT MOVE IN! I have mold in my apartment and they will not fix it. This is an on going problem I’ve been dealing with for months!! I have an esa pet and he currently sick and can not stay on the property with me because of the mold. They will absolutely disregard your own personal health! ALSO, it’s is a very pet friendly community only thing is my dog has been an has been attacked many times by different dogs from the lack of care from the owners, but once I brought that up They did nothing about it. There are a ton of very large brown spiders! I was told before I moved in that the spider situation was handle and time and time again, I’m being lied to about this apartment. They do not care about the renters at all!!"

"Mixed feelings — Maintenance workers are fantastic (friendly, fast), but management leaves much to be desired. My rent has nearly doubled in three years, so expect it to rise. They also advertise a hot tub, but it is broken and they have been “getting quotes” for a repair for two summers now. When I moved in my apartment was also filthy, so my family and I spent hours cleaning. The worst part BY FAR is the brown recluse infestation that has taken over the entire complex. Their solution is to send a maintenance worker out to spray home defense and leave traps, but they don’t address the building as a whole so the spiders just travel through the vents to the next apartment over. Poisonous spiders aside, the complex is in a beautiful and convenient location, and the units are spacious."
