"We have lived here 8 years, everyone that works here are so nice, the maintenance men and grounds keeper make the area look great. I would recommend Somerset Apartments to everyone. Update 6/17/2021 we moved in 06/2010. We just renewed our least and our rent went up $20.00 which is what it usually is but the increase won't go into effect until November so that is like a 100.00 bonus. I had Rotator Cuff surgery in December and they had me put my garbage on my patio on Tuesdays and Fridays and someone came and picked it up for me. The staff is very caring and do what they can for you. My husband and I are seniors and they replaced our toilets with ADA toilets, they have replaced my stove with a glass top stove, replaced my dishwasher, the sink in the main bathroom had cut marks in it ( been that way since we moved in) they replaced it. I really enjoy living at Somerset. Update 1/23/2024 the complex is under new management and they don't help you out like the other management company did and they charge you for insurance even if you have renters insurance and they charge a amenities fee."

"I lived at Somerset for 3 years, the property manager Barb is rude and egotistical, vinyl siding on the entire building is melting off and looks trashy, the hallways always smelled like weed or cigarettes, maintenance is slow, and the trash compactor was never maintained and always disgusting. After moving out they charged us an ABSURD amount of money for a corner of carpet that can be patched for probably $20. I cannot recommend somerset to anyone looking for a nice place to call home."

"I have lived here for almost a year now and it’s been awesome! My boyfriend & I share a 1 bed 1 bath on the 3rd floor and it has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a warm, cozy fireplace, and a balcony that looks over east Lincoln. While there are some downsides to living in an apartment complex, Somerset has made this a wonderful experience for both of us. Highly recommend living here for the price, location, and friendliness of staff."

"Great apartment complex. Staff is really friendly and personable. Spacious floor plan, washer and dryer included has been a life saver!! I could go on and on about all the things I enjoy about this apartment. The landscaping is great too. Maintenance requests are always done in a timely manner. All around great community to live in."

"I've lived here for almost 2 years and I have had a very pleasant experience. Somerset is tucked away in a quiet residential setting (surrounded by a quiet neighborhood). Maintenance is pretty fast and friendly. The apartments are super spacious and economical. I've never had issues with parking, sidewalks are maintained in the winter. Kitchen is especially spacious, wonderful walk in closets. Washer and dryer included in units. The grounds are beautiful as well. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience here!"
