College Park Apartments

"Treated horribly after the death of a family member leasing an apartment. Tanya, the property manager was cruel, heartless, didn't answer the phone, didn't return phone calls. We had to drive 6 hours just to get someone to talk to us regarding the items in the apartment. They gave us 1 day to clear things out ( during a blizzard) but made sure to kick us out for an hour for lunch. Her actions, words and lack of compassion will stay with us forever. We will forever remember this time as being so much harder because of Tanya. Property management company never called me back to hear my complaints with Tanya. They don't care just as much as she doesn't care. Avoid this place and this company."

"Lived here for 3 years and the management is amazing, they are so nice and very willing to help you out. Maintenance team is pretty fast and very respectful. They have all of their apartments nicely remodeled. College students are a bit loud though. Overall great place to live."

"I’ve been here at college park apartments since march and the overall community atmosphere is amazing. There isn’t a problem they won’t try to handle. They treat you with respect and never fail to let you now when you have any questions to call them. I enjoy living in the area. It’s always quiet and calming area with a very helpful and courteous maintenance man who never seems to please with his professionalism. Great overall staff that have some the best office candy by far. I would definitely recommend any and everyone to move in here."

"Ive lived here for about a year now and i really like it. Its really close to the college and to markets, mall, food. Priced very reasonably for what you get. The staff is one of the best parts. They are super friendly, and are very helpful of you need anything. Also a very safe area. Highly recommend especially for college students."

"Definitely not the best place I've ever lived, but far from the worst. There are a few maintenance issues, such as replacing drywall with a panel nailed over the hole a plumber cut to work on pipes, and an upstairs bathroom outlet lacking a safety switch and therefore not having power. The lofts have ample space, but the AC struggles to keep them cool in the middle of summer. The staff is friendly and courteous in my experience."
