Northern Lights Apartments

"My partner and I have lived here for almost a year and we absolutely love it here! The apartments are very cute and I have had a great experience living here. This apartment community is so close to many businesses and it is so convenient being able to walk over to Walgreens, Wendy's, and the grocery store of course! The apartments have wonderful appliances and I think the rent is pretty reasonable for the home that this community has to offer. It is a brand new apartment community but so far it has not disappointed me at all. We enjoy the smart home features. Although there have been some glitches here and there I think that is pretty common to happen and management does a great job fixing the issue. The apartments are also safe with secured entry. I have toured both the studio and one bedroom apartments and the layouts are unique. I would also like to add ones of the best things about the community would honestly have to be the property manager, Alexis. She is very easy going and is approachable as well. I have had experiences in the past at other apartment communities where the property managers seemed bothered when I reached out with questions. Not Alexis, she is always willing to take the time to listen to my questions, concerns, and thoughts. She does her best to make sure that the residents are happy and satisfied. If you are apartment hunting, I would HIGHLY consider this apartment community at the top of your lists as it has so much to offer to anyone!"

"I have been watching the progress of this apartment complex since construction started. I finally decided to visit to see what the apartments are like. Because they are brand new, they have a bunch of nice features. For example, the apartments have smart home features that allow residents to turn lights on or off and even set the temperature of the apartment with a smartphone. I was told that the one-bedroom apartments also have their own washer and dryer. The apartment I looked at was very nice. However, there are 2 things that really upset me about this apartment complex. The first is the price. I don't know what it is with rent in this city, but rent really has been going up to absurd levels despite new apartment complexes being built. They want $1,000 for a one-bedroom, I don't care how high-tech it is, one bedroom apartments shouldn't cost that much. Also, I was put off by the fact this apartment complex has a contract with Windstream to be their only Internet service provider. Are you a loyal customer of Spectrum or Allo? Well, you have to give them up if you move here. I love Allo, and I resent the idea of not being allowed to choose which company I use for Internet service."
