"Updated 1/2024 - so I had a dripping fire sprinkler in the laundry area. It couldn't have come at a worse time - late last Friday afternoon when maintenance was fighting freezing cold, blowing snow and 5 foot drifts. I spoke to Kylie who sent maintenance. They literally climbed through huge drifts to get to my door. Took a look and arranged for a contractor on Monday. It's been resolved. The staff here are genuinely nice people and I appreciate being able to count on them."
