"Parking is horrible here. If you have guest over expect them to walk far. Guest parking is very limited. Hope your pass doesn’t fall off because your car is getting towed. Overall that apartment was okay but my room wasn’t properly ventilated so the winter was extra cold and heater wasn’t working in my room. Also had a package stolen once so hope you have a ring doorbell."

"Lived here for a year. Walls were thin. We were able to hear everything our neighbors were doing… Parking is awful so they require you have a parking pass. My parking pass happened to fall off one night and I awoke to find my car gone in the morning at 6:00am. I thought my car had been stolen but turns out they towed it away. Had to pay over $100.00 to get it back. Management was not willing to help in any way with getting my car back or reimbursing me. We could never have visitors over because there was never anywhere to park. To top it off, they butchered the spelling of our last names on our documents. We told them numerous times our names were wrong but it took ages for them to correct it. Very unprofessional staff."

"i know i’m not the only one who would agree PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!! very limited visitor spots and they are always taken. not enough regular spots for the amount of people who actually live there. parking lot is so small, backing up and parking is annoyinggggg. i have also noticed that they need more dumpsters, they are always full causing trash all around them. otherwise i’d say they are pretty nice as far as living conditions, environment and all that."

"There are only 2 guest parkinh un each building and they put a notice of towing un authorized car parking in their complex. Ridiculous!"

"The apartment manager is rude, talked over me when I called with a concern about parking. I would think long and hard about living in this complex. There is no parking for guests and they will be towed at all hours."
