"The worst apartment complex I have ever experienced. If you are looking for an apartment, go else where. The security at this place is horrible and does not work. Geokey system is the worst system ever and will be down 75% of the time which will not allow you access to doors and elevator, which causes a blame game between The Dalmore and Geokey with no one taking responsibility. The patrons of B&V are absolutely destroying the building by leaving drinks, food, and throw up in the hallways and outside of the building. The employees at The Dalmore will never respond, I once sent an email articulating some concerns and it was not returned until I sent a followup email. When our lease was 1 month up they sent a letter letting us know what the cost would be, but after our 3 month lease they never sent anything. We also called to let them know that we would not renew our lease but that call was not returned. An email was sent to let them know that we would be leaving at the end of our lease and they then demanded that we pay an extra months worth of rent with a month-to-month $250 kicker. The staff is completely unreliable, the location is absolutely horrible, and the Geokey system which you have to use is terrible. I would not recommend ever. There are other options."

"Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Moved in February and have had more issues here than anywhere I have lived in the last 10 years combined. I have also called Amanda (maybe she doesn’t work here anymore, I’m not sure) several times and been told I will get a call back, still waiting… Then I was told to send an email, still waiting on response… it’s laughable. I have left maybe 3 reviews ever in my life, STAY AWAY!"

"Over-rated and worse experience, especially for a “luxury,” apt. The bldg is not gated entry or secured access. Stairway doors are broken, anyone can enter the building. Lund Mgmt doesn’t respond to emails or work orders. Packages are stolen, elevator is constantly broken, over priced. #1406- electric short, can't vacuum or have two things going at the same time. Save your $ and go elsewhere "

"Fire alarm goes off randomly, maintenance doesn’t respond, geokey constantly malfunctions, B&V takes parking from residents, no heat in the hallways in the winter, water heaters provide little hot water, drunk people from B&V very obnoxious and occasionally puke in the hallway, no salting of sidewalks, the list goes on. So much for “luxury apartments” overpriced and under-maintained."
