Great Plains Housing

Great Plains Housing is a subsidized housing community located at 930 South Taft Avenue in North Platte, Nebraska. Specifically designed to serve the chronically mentally ill and individuals with verifiable disabilities, our community offers affordable housing options based on income, with residents paying approximately 30% of their income as rent.

Conveniently located near various entertainment options such as a recreation center with an indoor swimming pool, city parks, shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and a golf course, Great Plains Housing provides a vibrant and engaging environment for its residents. Medical facilities, doctors' offices, and home health care services are also easily accessible within the vicinity.

Pets are welcome at Great Plains Housing, with a pet deposit required. Residents also have access to ample storage space in their apartments, as well as keys to their apartment, mailbox, laundry room, and community room.

For those interested in supporting our mission, donations can be made to the RHF Charitable Foundation, with specific instructions for Toys for RHF Kids. Cheques can be mailed to the foundation's address in Long Beach, California.
