"Spacious, well laid out, and peaceful as a busy gym can be on a Saturday afternoon. Dylan with membership is professional and courteous. The various amenities are appreciated. I particularly like the quality of the family changing room, often a place neglected by fitness clubs, yet so valuable to families and gender expansive guests. The advance notice sign for a scheduled pool closing was also a welcome touch. Healthy meals to buy and a nice coffee bar are helpful too. Thank you, Genesis Fitness!"

"Genesis East! has very friendly knowledgeable instructors. They make exercising fun. They change up the routine of exercising so it doesn’t become mundane. Highly recommend."

"Overall and very run down gym. It is always leaking water all over the place. The dumbbells are falling apart. The bathrooms are very dirty to the point where it doesn’t look like they clean at all. I have seen multiple bugs on the bathroom floor and walls. The pictures on the website are very misleading and look nothing like the gym in person. The only pro is it is very convenient for us high school kids."

"I've been a member of this gym since April and absolutely love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have great facilities and I've never had to stop my workout to wait for an open machine. The club manager is responsive to all sorts of comments and my personal trainer Drew is very knowledgeable. He helped me reach my goals in just 6 months! Overall I have recommended this gym to many of my friends and will continue to do so."
