"The staff here are amazing. Any time I have an issue they just fix it. I ordered the wrong drink my mistake so they remade it for me even though it was my fault and that just made my day."
"The manager is often very loud and seems impatient and aggressive though she often has a smile that doesn't reach her eyes. Overall her loudness fills the place, which appears a bit aggressive when she's talking to the person in front of her or a coworker, and yet you can easily hear her in the back of the place with how loud she is being. Another example, "Did you wash your hands when you came back from break. I don't think I saw you..." She loudly asked a coworker yesterday. That seemed odd to announce that and belittle the coworker in front of the all the customers who couldn't help but hear her. Overall not sure if she is trying to be mean, but definitely could work on her volume, discretion, and patience."
