"Front desk was very rude and disrespectful. They do not accept cash or chime or cashapp or any pre paid cards. The staff had a really bad attitude and lied."

"Better than I expected, but still not what it should be. The gal at check in didnt even so much as fake a smile. The male working night shift didnt even lift his head from his phone when we came back from our outting. No eye contact, no emotion, no greeting. Customer service is a huge, definitely work on that. Half of our outlets didn't work. There was no ice bin in the room. Door card issues. Broken drawers on the TV stand and the desk. Just little things that could've earned back stars."

"Our stay at the hotel was definitely BETTER than expected! Some of the reviews I had seen had me a little bit nervous. My family and I stay in different hotels pretty frequently. The beds were very comfortable. The room was large, with lots of seating and room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was clean. The staff was kind and courteous. Our refrigerator did not have a freezer area, and the breakfast definitely could have been better. The items that were offered were okay. Just not many options."

"During my stay I noticed a few bed bugs!! Even noticed the red marks on me due to them!! Luckily she changed my room no problem. Though the customer service is always so bad! I never even get a greeting let alone a smile! The breakfast is practically nonexistent just like the service! If you’re that desperate for a place to stay, sure. But, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! 0/5!"

"Let’s start this out. If I could rate it a 0 star, trust me I would. Traveled all the way from Oklahoma with my family. Reserved a room online around 530-6pm this evening, July 3rd. When we got there the lady at the front desk was extremely rude to us. She states she doesn’t rent rooms to people who live in Nebraska. After we CLEARLY showed her our OKLAHOMA IDs!! They not only lost business with us tonight. But we will never do business with the Super 8 company again."
