"Great location room had bugs in it mold on the shower ceiling heater barely worked will not be staying here again"

"Nasty rooms. There was food between the mattress and box spring, stains on everything and blood on one pillow. The room had signs of bedbugs and smelled awfully. Blood spots on the curtains and dead bugs on the bathroom wall. Immediately left and was issued a refund. This has been the worst room i have seen in years. Just wow."

"Check in with smooth and the person checking us was very friendly and helpful. Beds were okay, not super comfortable but passable. Swimming pool area was nice, the kids had a great time swimming. The only negative I had, where that toilet made a horrible noise as filling with water after flushing, not all of the outlets worked, and the air conditioner had a funny smell when it was running. I kept worrying that it smelled electrical and would start on fire sometime during the night. Overall, not a bad stay for just one night. However, they were five of us total and even with a rollaway bed it was a pretty tight fit in a 2 queen bed room. We didn't stay for breakfast, but only because we had already eaten waffles and such every morning for five morning straight and wanted something different."

"The first room I was in I was sleeping and was awakened by water leaking from the ceiling so I called the front desk and the lady was nice and apologetic and got us a different room. immediately turned the a/c on it was stuffy and hot. Went down to the pool which was a nice setup and watched my son swim for couple hours went back to the room to find that the a/c wasn't working, again called the front desk the guys were nice and said they'd pull the a/c out of another room and replace it they said it would be about an half hour this was at 9pm I'm trying to get my son bathed and to bed so we can wake up early and drive 5 hours but they didn't finish putting in the a/c until 10 after 10pm with them going in and out I had mosquitoes in our room and we still had to wait for our room to cool down also the wifi would not work ....after all that inconvenience I was only given a 10% discount after I had to ask for it and that was only $8.50 off my bill I couldn't believe I had to ask for it and that's all the guy took off for me... wasn't impressed. The beds were comfortable though and the people that helped me with the rooms were very nice."

"We really enjoyed this place! Hot tub was amazing and the indoor/outdoor pool was great too. We asked for a room not facing the truck stop and this wasn't a problem... No noise complaints at all. For the money this is really a great place to stop for the night and will return if coming this way in the future. Staff all kind and breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts nowadays. Thank you for a great experience! ( oh and definitely check out the steak house next door... It will not disappoint )"
