"My parents had a beautiful home listed with Roger for over a year. Roger showed the house numerous times, and never once got an offer. Once the listing ran out, my parents started having people call them and say that they made offers and Roger said he would get back with them and never did, or he would tell them to give a low ball offer that they were asking too much or he would point out work that needed to be done on the house and said that the owners were willing to make improvements when they said the price reflected the fact that there were some improvements to the basement that could still be made at buyer's expense. We are unsure of Roger's motive for never relaying offers and why he had no motivation for selling. But since the listing ran out they have had several offers and are currently working with a buyer. DO NOT list with this agency if you have hopes of selling your home!!"
