Best Western Plus Ogallala Inn

"Had to stay due to blizzard conditions. Check in was super easy. The rooms are really nice, I even thought about staying one more night! I didn't make breakfast, but they did inform me about it when I was checking in. I'll be staying here again if the need arises."

"Nice clean new. The really bad part. I had to ask twice that the front desk people stop speaking Spanish and please speak in English. This drives my crazy. In America please speak English. Keep your family language at home. Not forsure I would stay there again. In public and customers service."

"Rooms looked nice on line and the location was great. Front desk Staff was rude and unfriendly, telling family “that is why you don’t travel in a blizzard and you will have to sleep in your car as all hotels are booked”. Again this was not an operations center or call center it was the front desk, two individuals one male and one female. I get they are stressed but not a great experience when family is already stressed to the max with conditions."
