"Not helpful at all. I had a 15% percent coupon, presented it. He put in, didn’t think anything of it. Went home, after reviewing transaction, he only had taken off 5%. Then I had returned another time due to a toy I bought, it was causing some discomfort, I explained to her that It was functional issue and explained why. Since it had been more than “7 days” and because even though the receipt stated up to 90 days functional refund onto gift card, she stated she couldn’t do anything since it was not “motorized” and she said that they are franchised and they don’t have to honor what the customer service said when I had called them prior to coming into store. I told her I didn’t want it, instead of offering other options, she pointed at the trash can outside in the front of the store. I don’t recommend this store."
