"John Henry's plumbing is quick to respond to situations requiring attention and repair or replacement. We have used their services twice in 15 months, one a 50 gallon water heater which needed replacing and the 2nd was today as the garbage disposal developed a leak. Both cases were accomplished by knowledgeable technicians in a timely manner. John Henry's is NOT inexpensive. If you can afford 3500 dollars for a water heater replacement, 712 dollars for a .5 hp garbage disposal they can and do get it done. Zane did an excellent job..."
"I was very satisfied with my appointment with John Henry's yesterday. The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant. He opened up my furnace and explained everything to me. He cleaned my furnace and reset my thermostat. He also reviewed the plans they offer for future maintenance check ups. I enjoyed working with my technician. He was very polite and did a great job! "Absolutely the BEST Customer Service team. The installers and cost estimators were above reproach. I called John Henry's at 0945hrs requesting a new Hot Water Heater. The staff showed up at 1600hrs. By 1900hrs, I had a new Hot Water Heater installed, 1935hrs, Hot Water flowing throughout House, Cleaned up the work site by 1945hrs. The dedication this team of Professionals showed proved to me there are still people out there who take pride in their work. I highly recommend John Henry's for any of your Heating - A/C needs. "Joke. Left job site a total disaster and refuse to come back. They were supposed to fix a froze line and rehook up sink. They RIPPED out everything rather then use simple tools to take out and now that everything is ripped out they won’t come back to properly hook back up. This is a pharmacy where people are getting medication. DO NOT recommend. Call Biggerstaff"
