"I’ve just recently moved into Las Kivas Apartments this past week and the process was smooth and seamless. Josie, Melissa and Susan are an amazing team! These ladies were knowledgeable, helpful, kind and made my transition into living at Las Kivas an excellent experience. They had everything ready to go including Dale the maintenance supervisor who is on top of getting the apartments ready! This team went above and beyond throughout my entire move and were attentive in every aspect. The apartment’s are very clean, spacious and quiet. The paint color in the units are up to date and the carpet was professionally cleaned before I moved in. The security gate and garage doors actually work at this complex. I am so excited to make this move and the Las Kivas team went above and beyond! Keep the great work going! Thank you for everything!"
