"I am a current resident at casa de sierra apartments !!! DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!!!! Older people die on the regular basis and the stench is ridiculous!! (They spray a cheap can of fabreez to cover up dead people smell ) Front office ladies are horrible at their jobs, super rude!!! Crime is horrible and not to mention a FUNERAL HOME right in front ! Homeless coming and knocking on your door asking for food, money and even drugs !!! You see older resident males and females bring in hookers from central!!! And not to mention the “security” which is never here when needed , and I’ve seen one of them in multiple occasions asleep in his vehicle!!! This is the worst place you can live at yes they are Newley remodeled but the area and management are the WORST !!!! Save your time and money do not come here !!!! If I could give this NO STARS I WOULD !!!!!!"

"I am a current resident at Casa de Sierra. They advertise "Sparkling Pool". The pool has NOT been open for 4 years. I asked about it several times and the manager always had some excuses. It even was inspected by the city and all cleared. Maintenance cleans it every day. But it is not open. They even bought new pool furniture. Nobody ever used them."

"I am a current resident of Casa de Sierra apartments 87108. DO NOT MOVE TO CASA DE SIERRA! The hate, the crime, the criminal activity Open Racism,. All unchecked. And getting much worse. I video record it and have it saved. It's easy to record, without consequence and accountability no one cares if they are recorded. I can't believe I can record racism and hate in a elderly community. It's unbelievable. An elderly resident badly beaten in our community room. Racism is bad here, because there is no accountability. Neighbor on neighbor Crime is bad here at Casa de Sierra. Landlord told a neighbor of mine that she was in charge of a bunch of babies when someone complained about one of my neighbors beaten in our community room (Now stands empty) As a resident, I would go there or anywhere around this place. I myself was attacked and beaten feet from the Casa de Sierra office, on my way to pay rent. Landlord at Casa de Sierra doesn't take complaints. A letter posted on every door dated June 15th 2023 states (This office is NOT Bood and underlined, a hub for resident mediation. Bringing the personal grievances you have against another resident to the office interferes with the Management of the promises). The letter goes on, things are much worse for us now. Do not move here."

"I love my new apartment. Beautifully renovated with new appliances. The manager however has not paid me my referral fee of $300. It was offered several months ago for referring a new resident to Casa de Sierra. Morgan Sanchez and Gabrielle gave me business cards to hand out. My friend moved in on February 1, 2023. When I asked for payment Morgan stated that there were conditions that were not met. None of which were ever mentioned before. I never received the referral fee. Morgan told my friend that I would be paid after she moved in. Now I'm being told I do not qualify for the referral fee as she needed to put my name on the application and that I needed to be a resident for 30 days. I have been a resident since December 14, 2022."
