"This motel is currently in the process of attempting to transform itself into an apartment building. Judging from the progress so far, it will take a while. The mail system is not set up, so every resident so far has lost multiple pieces of mail and are never sure if the next piece will arrive. This place comes with free WiFi, but you better hope that’s enough because they won’t let you install your own internet connection. Both these pieces of information are kept from potential tenants, for reasons that should be obvious. It is better than a motel; hard wood floors, new appliances, but also leaky pipes that may or may not have been ruining and rotting the floorboard under the sink. And if that did happen, it won’t get fixed until you demand it. 5/10 would not recommend."
