"NOTICE‼️MUST READ‼️ IMPORTANT MESSAGE‼️ Owners are building a mattress firm in front for more profit instead of fixing issues within apartment. You will never be happy here. I was asked to write a review multiple times but I avoided it because of what was needed to be said. First of all these apartments are FAR FAR away from anything luxurious.. every picture they have posted on their website is 100% false advertising and just lies. The stairwells are infested with roaches as you can see in the pictures they’re everywhere.. what’s worse is the elevators will shut down a few times a week which forces you to walk through those stairs. The gates that surround the apartments are almost always broken as well forcing you to go through a 1 gate for the whole complex. Management has told my girlfriend and I that we would have a door for our room installed within the first 3 weeks of moving in but now it’s been about 2 years.. and we still get the usual “it’ll be installed in a while” words from them. The craziest part about everything breaking down is that it almost never gets fixed because they’re working on a juice bar and worried about other non essential items to be fixed. Inside the apartments are so crazy for it being a “luxurious” apartment, there is always a horrible marijuana, pee, and poop smell coming from the hallways because tenants not being able to control their addictions or just their pets. I’ve seen pee and poop MULTIPLE times in the single elevator that works. There’s also no privacy in them, I constantly hear my neighbors singing, partying, and even a women who screams out begging for “HELP”. I’ve had my car broken into once and a hit and run happen once and management has been “working” on it for about 4 months now but truth be told they probably have not started a single step into these crimes that were committed which I find absolutely disgusting and wrong.. they have no security structure whatsoever, just a guy who watches a phone in his vehicle on the corner of the place where he cant any see anything. When you try to call the office you will never be able to get ahold of them and when you try to go personally it’s always a note that says “out on property” this set of staff who works in the leasing office has no idea how to run this place. When you see you BLVD 2500 run don’t walk away and I promise you’ll be good"
"Avoid. There are better options. When I first moved in they we're decent and kept clean. However, by the time I moved in February 2024 the apartments were not up to its original standards. There is a roach problem depending on the side of the building you're on, despite them spraying. There is nothing "luxury " about them. It's just the name of the apartments. They still have old carpeting in many parts of the building. The carpet squares need to be pulled up ,all carpet needs to be pulled up because as others have mentioned the carpeting is nasty. It doesn't matter that they have them cleaned. It doesn't pull the stains up and as it dries it smells. The laundry room is a joke. Majority of the washers don't work and doesn't clean your clothes well. Some of the dryers are missing their numbers bc some persons when through and tampered with them. Go to laundromat, it's cheaper. The remodel units themselves are like advertised. They are not fully renovated and remodel. So don't come with that expectation. They're decent and nice. Overall, if you can put up with the low standards the apartments have to offer- It's a great transitional apartment for the price. Great for first time young renters. There is a homeless issue around the complex and they do find their way on property. Know your rights as tenant. They will try and charge you for cleaning when you move. They can't charge that $100 fee unless it's part of your lease agreement. This goes for all rental properties. And like many apartment leasing office's out here, good luck with getting an answer or response. Just walk over to the front office. I had my issues with Crystal Copsin. However, she got things done and responded to serious matters. She knew what she was doing. Too bad she's no longer at the complex. Good luck with the new group that's there."
"I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have truly enjoyed my stay. The management was very friendly, fair, and available to help with anything I needed. The studio room itself had modern appliances with a nice balcony view facing the south. Overall, I am very happy I chose to live here, thank you Blvd 2500!"
"You have to put 60 day notice to move out. I asked for an early release date because I was moving back to finish school in Las Cruces and Crystal suggested finding someone to takeover my lease since they still had available units. I did. My lease ended March 31 and I found someone to takeover in January and they are still charging me for the full month of January even though I returned keys and found someone to take over my lease. My understanding is that they made the person takeover and sign a 8 month lease. I wasn’t offered any short term leases. 12 months is too long for what you are getting. Fire alarms are constantly going off. My patio faced the encampment on top of the covered garage and yes homeless in the area is a huge problem. This is not luxury. Security is worthless. The messages that the office send (crystal) are condescending and rude. Pest control are supposed to give 24 hours but I was given notice and pest control was at my door that same day on more than 1 occasion. Walls are extremely thin and the worst part is when it rains, the patios are flooded with a drain pipe that runs off from the roof down the side of the buildings into the patios. Everything is soaked. The doors on the patios are put on incorrectly so security became my biggest issue after a while. I just didn’t feel safe anymore. After almost 1 year, happy to move on."
