"This place is infested with bugs bed bugs. Winos come in and out , the management plays games with people's housing and the neighbor hood ho lives in"
"Studio apartment all utilities paid by management. Drug dealers and users live inside this building. 29 people have died inside this building. High turnaround of management. Plus building structures is falling apart. Secure access to come inside the building. Homeless people come insideand wonder around the floors. When management gone for the day. 408 is hoarders gabage inside her apartment. Stacked to the ceiling. 420 screaming 24 hours a day. Alcoholic walk around the property drunk and can't walk a straight line. The thing good about this SHC they have lots of problems Residents are not acting grown ADULTS. I would think twice if you plan on moving to this place. The residents are grown adults and are dirty pigs. Inside there unit. And outside there unit. Several people have been robbed. No security guard. Manager don't care about SAFETY. Just the rent money only. As of today there are 75 unit available for rent. Beware the homeless people have token control around this building. What they list in there lease the manager don't follow. 408 gives the code to her homeless friend and 420 screaming 24hours a day. To her self. Avoid the Studio apartment. It's not a safe place to call home"
